Clarify on the prove-payment guide that check_tx_key style proofs show an amount was paid to an address in a tx, not that funds remain spendable. Refs monero#8819, monero-site#2151, monero-docs#92

Summary
Adds a short Important limitation section to the English prove-payment user guide before "Check payments".
Successful check = amount directed to that address in the tx. Not a guarantee funds are still spendable (time lock / already spent / burnt one-time address).

EN-only for now (source guide). Other locales can follow via Weblate when maintainers prefer.
